Broker Systems is a system and software engineering company that combines creativity, engineering and experienced management to provide innovative, high-quality system and software solutions.We provide full system and software life cycle support and utilize state-of-the-art processes and methodologies to provide scalable, extendible, and maintainable solutions.

    November 2024 – DORA Preparation – According to Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on Digital Operational Resilience for the Financial Sector and amending Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 600/2014, (EU) No 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011 (the “Digital Operational Resilience Act - DORA”), Broker Systems SA, as a main provider of support for critical and important functions of its clients (Article 3 point 22 of DORA), is fully prepared to comply with the regulation. All clients, activated in the financial sector are subject to regulatory obligations which entered into force and shall apply as of 17 January 2025.

   September 2024 – Installation of Ariadne Fix Engine and Daedalus application (Advanced Trading Strategies Management System for Benchmark Execution ) for care orders handling in Pantelakis Securities replacing the old Fix Connection. Adaptation to XRHMA infrastructure and connected with third parties’ local applications as well as with foreign brokers abroad.

   June 2024 – Andromeda – New Direct Trading Platform has been implemented for Pantelakis Securities AXEPEY, providing their retail clients with full viewing, trading to local and foreign markets, and others financial capabilities. Additionally, it provides real time Alerts, Online notifications, Reporting options, Online Statements, Corporate Actions, Market news, Viewing Real time market data, charting, client onboarding, etc. The new Direct Trading is a single page app, uses new technologies, HTML5/JavaScript, is following the responsive design approach, is compatible with Evergreen browsers and is based on a new sophisticated lightweight REST API used from web, mobiles and cloud-based apps. Its security is based on OPENID/OAUTH2 protocol, web sockets for streaming data and rollback capabilities in polling duplex.

 June 2024 - Installation of XRHMA Suite & its peripherals subsystems to Mavrikis AXEPEY including Conversion & Migration of all records from their old Backoffice, including all customer and transactions data and the relative clientele curing. Additionally, XRHMA Accounting module has been activated and parametrized according to the Greek Tax Authorities regulations, replacing the existing third provider accounting solution.

 May 2024 – XRHMA EPEY suite has been implemented to VALUE BRIDGE EPEY, including connection with MT5 platform as well as with local Banks and trading firms. Additionally, XRHMA Accounting module has been activated and parametrized according to the Greek Tax Authorities regulations.

 February 2024 – The new XRHMA EPEY suite has been implemented to DEXIA EPEY, including connection with MT5 platform as well as with local Banks and trading firms. Additionally, XRHMA Accounting module has been activated and parametrized according to the Greek Tax Authorities regulations.

 October 2023 – The new Andromeda Web Trading Platform has been implemented for Nuntius Securities AEPEY, providing to their retail clients with full viewing, trading to local and foreign markets, and others financial capabilities. Andromeda is fully integrated to Ariadne FIX Engine for ordering to/from foreign markets and also to ATHEX and to FIS datafeed. Additionally to trading capabilities, Andromeda provides real time Alerts, Online notifications, Reporting options, Online Statements, Corporate Actions, Market news, Viewing Real time market data, charting, client onboarding, etc.
